The paradox of the court, Zeno paradox

Before  understanding the mind blowing paradox. Let's understand the basic difference between fact, law, theory and hypothesis etc
1.Fact is just an observation of any event. It doesn't explain the cause of event
2.law-let's understand this with very simple example moving of car. We can predict it's speed, distance travel by car etc by doing mathematical calculation. This is known as law it's universal observable fact. 


3.Hypothesis  - why the car is moving? To explain this we give many reasons that is known as hypothesis. A hypothesis (plural hypotheses) is a proposed explanation for a phenomenon.
4.Theory-There are many hypothesis are given when they are  practically proved there are known as theory. They modify time to time.  theory is a rational type of abstract thinking about a phenomenon, or the results of such thinking.
5.paradox- A statement which when investigated may prove to well founded or true. Let's look on to
some of the paradox. 


1.The  paradox of the court

Let's understand this with the help of example caroll and mack  are two people. Caroll want to become lawyer but he was so poor that he can't pay fees. He went to mack to teach him to get his degree but he has not enough money to pay mack. Mack told him that he didn't charged her fees now he charged her fees. When caroll will 


fight his first case in court. If he win then he will have to paid his fees.but luckily he didn't get any case after completing his degree. Mack go to tom's house to take her fees caroll refused her to give him fees because he didn't get any case and Mack told him that he will charged his fees when caroll get a case and he win in that case. After few days Mack go to court and file case against him. So in this way it create a paradox if caroll win's the case. So why he give money to mack and if he lose then according to their agreement caroll pay his fees if he win but here if he lose. So why he pay fees to mack. 

2.‌Smullyan's paradox

‌Smullyan's paradox -let's assume tom, carry and cope are there they decided to visit the hot sahara desert. Tom and carry are the enemy of coope, so in the desert  tom add some poison in the coop water bottle with discussing with carry. 
Carry  make a hole with intention to make cope dehydrated and then he will be die. After sometime they all went in different direction. Finally cope die  then the police investigated. They found tom and carry guilty but tom and carry statement give a rise to paradox. Carry said that he had make a hole so that coop can't drink poisonous water. 
‌They both are guilty but there is a question that how cope passed away created a paradox known as smullyan paradox. 

3.Zeno paradox

These statements made by the Greek philosopher Zeno of Elea, in 5th-century-BCE.


Let's understand this paradox

If a man travel a distance of 1 km then he have to go through infinite check points in infinite time . If he travel 1 km then take half of 1 km as 1/2km than 1/4km that is half of 1/2 km. Than take 1/8 km as half of 1/4km.Do this process infinite times but in reality we will travel 1 km in finite time. That's create a paradox that we are not travelling the distance. 

But today in modern science we found solutions of the zeno paradox let's see
1. Let 1 km=D,
So, D=1/2+1/4+1/16......
Multiply 2 on both the side
Or 2D=1+1/2+1/4+1/8.......
From equation 1 and 2 we get
2D=1+D
Or 2D-D=1
‌Therefore D=1km
2.As we know that with very experiment we found that the shortest length in whole universe is 1.6×10^-35m that is plank length . So as we see that the shortest distance is finite in Universe . So how we travel infinite distance according to Zeno paradox

  we know that the speed of light is maximum in universe but after some research we found that the expanding of universe is maximum than speed of light. Here the concept of wrap drive come this hypothetics was introduced by John w Campbell in 1957 in his novel island of space.
